How to download FlipHTML5 with dynamic bits?

Hello,

This is a question for PDF experts.

This institution no longer provides a regular PDF for offline reading like it used to. Now, PDFs are created with FlipHTML5, can only be viewed online, and "printed" for offline use.

Problem is, they contain dynamics contents, which isn't included in "printed" PDFs.

I tried its own Print button, but get the same result as printing through Chrome's print to file, or CutePDF's driver.

Short of taking screenshots — akward when the page doesn't fit the screen —, is there a way to get the full monty?
