kindle oasis2 stuck
Hello,
My kindle oais2 stuck. Today, after I transfered ebook from my iphone to kindle oasis2 via OTG cable, the kindle showed the ebook was corropted due to insecure unplugged. Then the kindle became unresposible. I tried to reboot the kindle via power button. However, the kindle stuck during the reboot. I even could not recovery with holding power button for 40 seconds. The attachment is the video that shows the status the kindle during when I held the power button. Has anyone experieced this? Thanks, Fei. |

After I failed to unbrick the kindle by following the guide of the customer service and the information from Google, I kept the kindle connected to my computer for about 8 hours and I got my kindle back to normal.
