What's Happened To FadedPage?
This site is now giving an error 521 which I googled and think this means that the site is down. I've tried it several times over the past few days.

Has the site been taken down or is it defunct? As it was just a nicer version of PG Canada, this seems odd.

Yes, it seems broken. Perhaps they forgot to feed the dæmons in the web server and it will come back.

Stuff breaks. The error page seems to be served by Cloudflare so could even be fictitious, i.e. a configuration error at Cloudflare.

Project Gutenberg Canada is still there but I don't think it's the same content.

Fadedpage off air ?
For the last day or so I have been getting an error message from Cloudfare that www.fadedpage.com down - a 521 message.

Is this a general error - I am in the U.K. and wondered if the problem was confined to this part of the world.

In the USA here, just checked, and same error 521. So it's not confined to you. But that's all I know.

All good resources!

There is also https://sacred-texts.com which is not just sacred texts. Full texts in HTML or purchase entire GIANT library. Most is PD so can be copied off the webpages, but do check. Good for myths and legends.
