Swap author last, first on import to Calibre

Apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere, but my search-fu is apparently lacking this morning.

When adding a book to Calibre, the default for author name appears to be "first last". I prefer to see them in my library "last, first", so I do a manual search and replace to swap the names. I'd like to have it do that automatically - is this possible, and how?

Get the Quality check Plugin

There is a check for various Metadata (Authors)
When you get the results that are for the wrong way: select all: Fix: Author names (this flips the selected). What it won't fix is when 1 is correct and the other isn't
