Calibre set for multi-users on same Ubuntu computer
My partner and I share a Ubuntu desktop computer with separate user ids. The calibre files are on my file system and I want my partner to be able to access these books and manage her kindle using Calibre. I've tried several options, giving her read/write/delete access to my Calibre library, running a cronjob that exports the calibre folder to her home directory, however each time I get corrupted database issues. We never have calibre open at the same time. I know there are issues with calibre sharing files between different users but can someone point me in the right direction to get this set up?
