Default font and page numbers

I am running v3.4.8 under Win 7 Pro 64-bit.

I recently had to reinstall the software because of an OS reinstall. I think the program default font is missing from my computer (but I have it on a backup somewhere). What should it be?

Also, my series numbers in the Book Details panel are now displaying as Roman rather than Arabic numerals. I suspect this is related to using the wrong font, but I could be wrong.

I'd appreciate any assistance.

IIRC: on Windows calibre uses Segoe UI [9pt] as its default interface font.

There's a setting in Preferences->Look & feel->Book Details for the Roman/Arabic series numbering.

On my system, Preferences => Look & feel => Main interface. I have Segoe UI [11pt] as the Interface font (11pt is the font size I set, I seem to remember 8pt is the default).

Open Preferences => Interface => Look & feel =>Book details. Remove the check mark the Use Roman numerals for series.

Roman/Arabic for series has nothing to do with the font selection.
