PW4 How do you remove the space taken up by the time and book location

I know you can tap on the book location at the bottom, and turn off the time at the top, but there's still empty space that makes images smaller. I'm reading lots of comics, and it's just a little too small for me.

How are you getting the comics/what kind of comics are they? Properly created comics for Kindle will fill the screen (except for any margin that exist in the image itself). If you are creating them yourself from CBZ/CBR files then check out Kindle Comic Converter which will format them properly.

Thanks, but KCC doesn't open for me. They're mobi files converted from cbz files.

Is there a reason KCC won't open? It's the best tool for the job in this situation and will do exactly what you want. Mobi doesn't have the feature set allow full screen comic images. AZW3 works, but at least last time I tried Calibre's built in converter does not handle comics the way they should be.

I have no clue. I open the app, and nothing happens. I've looked at task manager, and it shows two pop up, then disappear.

Is there a certain place where you downloaded KCC? Maybe I got some old version.
