Filter/search e-books that don't have a TOC
Would it be possible to search the library or filter somehow the e-books that don't have a TOC?

If you are using epub format, the Quality Check plugin has several checks for issues with the NCX ToC file. There is no real way to check for a inline HTML table of contents since it is nothing but another text file.
