saving email targets post upgrade

I use calibre in a docker container on my synology NAS.
This all works pretty well except that every time I upgrade I have to re-enter all the email addresses that I want to send books to for me and my families kindles.

Is there any way to save these or add them to an environment parameter?

They are saved in ~/.config/calibre/smtp.py.json make that available in your container.

Maybe add a static volume mapped to the calibre configuration directory?

Thanks. It wasn't picking that up at all. It seems that something had got messed up in an upgrade. Deleting the container and reinstalling seems to have solved it
