Kindle library

I got a new kindle paper white on prime day. I want to download all the books I have purchased. There are several books that I do not see in my library. I logged into my kindle account and don’t see them listed in the library but if I check my orders I can see that I purchased them.

There is a button with three vertical dots on the top right click that and go to 'Your Library'.

On the top left, there should be ' ALL | DOWNLOADED ', click on ALL then you can manually download your books, they will open unless they have incompatible media or something inside.

I actually went to my Amazon account and looked there. There are several books that do not show up in my library but I can see that I purchased them if I look through my digital orders.

If you haven't made personal back-ups of your purchases, then the only thing to do is ask Amazon.

Contact Amazon Customer Service. Sometimes things randomly disappear. Have your order numbers ready to copy and paste. With the new Delete from Library option on the ereaders, I think a lot of people are accidentally deleting stuff from their library instead of from just the ereader.

For anyone with this problem, contact Amazon. I told the customer service guy about my dilemma and he restored every single book I had purchased even ones that I could no longer find on the Amazon site.
