Calibre Problem with Kindle Fire

I've suddenly started having trouble getting my Calibre to talk to my Kindle Fire. Have tried all the usual tricks but to no avail. Can someone please decipher this error message for me? Many thanks in advance.

Its an error reading from a folder on the device. If there is an SD card in the device, try removing it. Other than that try rebooting the device and if that fails, resetting it.
