Read cbz from Right to left instead of left to right
Is there a setting that I can change to let me do this?

There isn't an easy way for CBZ as I mentioned in your other thread. You have to edit the database.

Yes!! I do this all the time, and it's very easy to implement. Load your manga, then tap the middle of the screen to access the menu items. Tap on the Reading Settings gear, then scroll down to access Onscreen Controls. The setting I usually like is the third from the left, though I've been meaning to experiment with the fourth one. This will cause your manga to flip to the left as God intended. Sometimes a tap on the left side of the screen engages the brightness setting, so I tend to swipe left. KOReader can do this. And dozens of other things that make reading comics/manga much more pleasant.
