I can't find the "preferences" button
Hi there,
I'm trying to find the "preferences" button to add a plugin but I can't find it

I'm attaching a screen shot of my page. can you help please?

What is bizarre is that there is no overflow section on the OP's screen capture. Perhaps it was cut off by the screen capture?

I assumed because I could see to close button top right, it couldn't be that.

I also saw those clues the both corners were captured.
Could it be his settings have not changed in MANY versions? I don't remember when that 'must' requirement was added (mine has been on the Menubar from when it became available. a long time )

The irksome 'must be in menu or tool bar' has been there since 2012 at least
