[Browser Viewer] Some suggestions/requests for improvement

Dear Kovid,

I must say I haven't got any issues with the Browser Viewer for some times, reading my books with joy and convenience across devices.

But I wonder if you can consider the following:

1) An additional switch for default sort (command line interface). I would like to have the default sort to "Published" rather than "Date".

2) Export/Import the settings made under Preferences. I looked at how you did with the Highlights and wonder if the settings can be "copy-and-paste" in the same or similar way.

3) "Book page in Library" should be moved from "Go to" to the upper board, next to "Home" and "Library". There's plenty of space there. Anyway this is minor.

PS: 1+2 are meant to start reading on a new device (or new browser, or reset, or user) without having to go through the configuration again.

1) I'm afraid not. You can simply bookmark the URL with the sort by whatever field you like and use that as your home page.

2) Are you using user accounts? If so, most settings (the non device specific ones like margins/font sizes/stylesheets/etc) should be automatically synced between devices.

3) There is space on larger screens, not on smaller screens, and there are already way too many items at the top level.
