beautify files icon
Is there a list of rules for how the Beautify Files icon works? I was wondering if this is a standard, universally-accepted way of arranging code. I sometimes long for a different arrangement, say, fewer lines used, closing tag on same line, etc. Is it possible to alter the standard? Perhaps a regex alternative might be better? Best regards, Pop

No there's no standard much less a universally accepted one. It just implements a few simple rules that are relatively cheap to compute and are very unlikely to change the rendered appearance.

Thanks for the info. I feel inspired to attempt to make a regex to modify the appearance of the xhtml segment to my liking. It is some sort of persnickety desire to remove blank lines, etc. Thanks again.
