Big problem with Neoreader and PDF export

Hi, I'm using Neoreader for the its feature to add handwrites notes in ePub. The feature is wonderful but not stable: using the TOC to jump in chapters, Neoreader changes the starting page of the pagination, so sometimes the handwritten notes are iconized when you close the ePub and re-open it in another time.

But the problem I found today is bigger: I have handwritten notes in 100+ ePub pages and when I tried to export them to PDF (on PNG) the result was messy: the text flow from one page to another is wrong, some words are missing, and the handwritten notes are scrambled.

The only way I found to preserve the handwritten notes is to screenshot every single page, one by one.

If someone has suggestion to correct the exporting from ePub is welcomed.

In the case of flowing formats, a handwritten note (graphic) assignment cannot be guaranteed, so I only do this in fixed formats - the selected space can be assigned.

First convert the book into pdf, then it works.

Ok, I can understand the limits of handwritten annotation on reflow document when I change font size or page margin. But here I have a correct document on Neoreader, and a wrong one when exported

I have no idea how such an assignment can even be done in a flexible format - so I think that the appearance you described is rather normal.

Well.. no. If I choose a font size, a margin, and I never change it, the handwritten notes are placed in a "static" ePub. Sony made this 10 years ago, btw. When I export the ePub I have a static pdf copy of this static ePub.
And usually Onyx Boox Note3 export fine. But must be some bug inside the Neoreader app, because with a lot of notes it fails.

Then send the error via feedback from the device to Boox.

I wrote an email because the feedback system is quite poor (no thread and some question, like this, got an automatic answer, wrong)
