Forma How to stop sudden paging

When reading, sometimes the Forma will suddenly skip forward multiple pages (sometimes nearly 20 pages). This despite carefully keeping the fingers away from the screen.

Any suggested solutions?

Cleaning will stop the problem. With the Forma turned OFF, I use Zeiss Lens Wipes on the screen and around the keys. I then use a toothpick to clean the grit away from the screen edges, especially around the keys.

Are you using the buttons and if so, maybe the button is getting stuck.

Oftentimes nothing is being done with the buttons when it happens.
