I insert an epub in caliber
lamore-torna-sempre-sofia-ribes.epub change metadata Sofia Ribes - L'Amore torna sempre (2021) and convert to mobi how do i keep the same name and not Sofia Ribes - L'Amore torna sem - Sofia Ribes Thanks |

Calibre makes the FILE NAME compatible with all OS.
You are peeking beneath the skirts. (treat your Calibre file system as a black box) Use Calibre to send books to their reading destination and you do get some control.  Read the Calibre FAQ (click help in Calibre), lots of these Questions will be answered (and some work arounds)
