Please Help Me With Css - It Really Urgent

Hello,
This is my first participation in this forum which I have just discovered.

When I make changes to the HTML code of my ebook (via Calibre of course), the "Save'' button is displayed correctly and by clicking on, all my changes are saved correctly, so here, everything is OK.
But, on the other hand, when I try to make changes to the CSS code, the "Save" button always stays in the clear, as if I haven't changed anything, and when I exit my changes are not saved.
Please help me, because if really URGENT

works for me, you should be editing the css by double clicking the css file name in the files browser on the right and then editing in the main code view in the center.

And note that you can simply make a dummy change in the html file to enable the save button regardless

I sent 2 screenshots (Capture 1 & 2) in which i tryed to explain the problem clearly.
I have already did what do you said, but the problem steel not solved.
I even did a dummy change on the HTML code then in the CSS code, this trick enables the "save" button, but then, the HTML changes are saved correctly but the CSS ones are not.
I even try on another ebook (a novel that i uploaded from this forum) and it the same thing.

BTW I'm using WINDOW 7 64 bits

You dont edit using the inspector. You edit using the code editor in the central panel.

You are using the inspector. That is not for code change, just for inspection.
You must do as Kovid said:

1) On the left, you have all your files, and there you will find your CSS files
2) Double click your CSS file and look for the rule you intend to change (block_2).
3) The file will open on the central pane. Edit it there and save.
