Stop original .epub being added to librayr after auto-add and converting to .mobi?
I have set up a folder to monitor, which will import a converted .mobi to my library. However, I notice that although it automatically deletes the file from the monitored folder, it still imports the original file (eg. an .epub) into its own library.

Is there anyway to configure this so that it only keeps the new .mobi that has been created, so I don't end up with two formats of the same book (.epub and .mobi) in my library?

What is the original source for the eBook? That's the copy that should be kept if it's not the one you want ot put on your Kindle. Also, you should be using KF8 for your Kindle. Mobi is an obsolete format that doesn't have as many options on the Kindle.
