				Query re images ......
			 
			
			Hi ..... total beginner here, just created my first E-book using the app ..... i inserted images in the text in selected places in my manuscript ..... they appear in these locations in the converted epub ..... but also where there should simply be the cover image they are there too .... consequently the opening pages  are a bit of a dog's breakfast ..... in short, any way to remove them by editing them out?????   |

			Do you know any HTML? Images are called by an <img > tag pair That is usually wrapped with a Block type (p, div) and all that should be removed IF that is all the content there is inside. (FWIW alt="describes the image for screen readers" and in really part of the image for this purpose" ) |

			How did you add the Cover Page? When I use Tools, Add Cover and pick the cover page image, the resulting HTML looks like this Spoiler:
