Custom recipe not working

Hi! I'm trying to create a recipe to aggregate some feeds, but the built-in feature in Calibre doesn't fetch the articles properly. The URLs are:

All of the 'Folha de S. Paulo' basic recipes also don't work at all.

Can somebody give me a hand with that?
