Phantom dictionary appearing?

I updated my Forma to 4.25.15875, and suddenly a phantom Dutch-English translation dictionary appeared in the dictionary list you can pick from when looking up a word.

I don't have that dictionary installed (which it acknowledges when I try to use it), and never have. The dictionaries I have installed are English, Dutch, a custom English dictionary and a custom 'English-English translation dictionary' (which is actually another monolingual English dictionary).

All those worked fine, and still do. It's just that a dictionary suddenly appeared that isn't there in reality, and never has been. Removing it is impossible, as it doesn't appear in the dictionary settings as installed.

Anyone have any idea where the thing popped up from, and how I get rid of it?
