What do I do with a book titled Unknown?
I downloaded a fanfic titled Unknown. As expected, the title doesn't appear correctly in the book details panel. I'm not sure if it could also cause other issues from Calibre thinking it has no title.
Is there a way to tell Calibre that the name of the book actually is Unknown? I put it in quotation marks for now, but that looks a little ugly.

No, I'm afraid not. Unknown is same as null for titles in calibre.

You can probably use some invisiblish unicode character or a trailing period.

I think this is the first time I've seen the interrobang used anywhere other than the Wikipedia page for it.
