Help reading files (.mbs, .mbp1) from KOA3

I'm wondering if there is a way to produce/collect reading times/stats from my KOA3. I see there are extra files with .mbs and .mbp1 extensions. When I view the .mbs file in a hexeditor I see a few mentions of 'timer' like timer.model, timer.average.calulator. And in the .mbp1 file I see like 'next.in.series' and 'annotation.cache'.

Does anyone have some code or specification of these files before I attempt to write my own?

Does anyone know if reading stats exist? Such that I could suck them out when the kindle is connected to PC?

I wrote a parser a while ago that can convert those files to more readable JSON. I don't know of any actual documentation for what is in them.

It seems the .mbs and .mbp1 files don't contain enough info' to make reading stats. I'll try with the other formats just in case. (All my books are mobi right now).

I've also looked through all the sqlite files and it seems there are books + started/finished unix timestamps but not counts or averages of reading times.

In retrospect I see reading totalTime, totalWords, totalPercent which could be used to make stats by comparing previous fetches.... I'll start scripting something. Perhaps as a calibre plugin.
