Download all books from Calibre Server

Hello,
is there a way do import/download all books from a calibre server without needing to manually click on each book to a pc?

Use the calibredb command which can connect to a calibre server.

If you mean you want to store all the books in the browser for later reading, that's not possible as browsers dont allow you to store large amounts of data in their offline caches anyway.

Mr. Goyal. Could you perhaps elaborate on the command that would allow someone to download all books from a running Content server? I couldn't find anything related to downloading the books using calibredb in the documentation.

I would to like to make a local backup of a server that I don't have physical access to. Until now, I've had the person on the other end export the books and have them uploaded to drive before downloading them to my local machine again.

However, this process is a bit convoluted and I would like to download all the books locally by directly connecting to the server.

Can't believe I missed that. That command did the trick. Still have to figure out how to make it download only the newer books when it's run consecutively in regular intervals so the local copy is always in sync with the remote library, but I guess it would be possible to achieve that by writing a script that utilizes the other commands.

Thanks for the help.
