Please Help. Can't run calibre after update.
Hello, Calibre is no longer launching on my PC running Windows 10. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still no luck. I followed the instructions in the FAQ here and I received this report from the cmd.exe debug

calibre 4.21 [64bit] embedded-python: True is64bit: True
Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 Windows ('64bit', 'WindowsPE')
('Windows', '10', '10.0.19041')
Python 2.7.16+
Windows: ('10', '10.0.19041', 'SP0', u'Multiprocessor Free')
Interface language: None
Turning on automatic hidpi scaling

Thanks for any help.
One quick suggestion is to check for an update for your video driver. Another odd possiblity is if you have a Wacom tablet--check under calibre freezes/crashes occasionally? in the calibre FAQs--and one user reported it stopped calibre from starting on his computer.

I've updated my drivers but still not working. I have a kindle paperwhite but its not connected to the PC. Thanks for the suggestions though.

I've attempted to open an ebook with Calibre and I've received the following error.

"This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".
