Question about the remove title from reading header/footer patch
If I apply the patch, it removed both the book and chapter title, is that right?

Is there a way to remove one, but not the other?

I don't use that patch myself, but if you read the help notes in libnickel.so.1.0.0.yaml it suggests it's not possible.

From what was said when new header was added into the firmware in 4.19 or 4.20 and a request was made to swap them, it was said that the header and footer share some of the same code. So that's why it's possible to swap but not possible for only one to be on when swapped.

That's why what you want won't work.
