Language: Items or Tags?

After Calibre 4.18.0 release the Transifex translation project https://www.transifex.com/calibre/calibre/ has now several new language strings for the "main" file changing "tags" to "item". The down size is that we have to translate those strings again! Is this a change with some meaning in the future or just one of those things that happens?

example: was

Code:

Unapply (remove) tag from current book

now is:

Code:

Unapply (remove) the item from current book

...and several others alike (even if some new strings do use the old "tag" term.

Yes the manage tags dialog has been reporpused to manage all types of items.
