Book not appearing
I bought Unreported Truths About COVID-19 and Lockdowns by Alex Berenson. If I go to Amazon it shows I bought it. But, if if I go to "All" in my library, it doesn't show. If I do a search for the booklet it doesn't show.

If I go to "Manage Your Kindle" there's the book. I understand Amazon doesn't like the booklet but I'm curious as to whether this is some sort of glitch or an intentional attack.

indicates it is an ongoing glitch.

Have you tried download and transfer over USB?
