Embed Metadata Error

I have a number of books that I can't seem to add updated metadata too. I get this error message:

How can I get the metadata updated? Thanks

Open a bug report and attach the epub file and the metadata.db file from your calibre library folder.

Where do you open a bug report? I don't see any options in the Calibre menus for that...
