Second Page of PDF as cover
I have a bunch of PDF magazines where the SECOND page is the cover. Any way to bulk change that? (ie highlight all the once I want to change, edit in bulk, and choose second page for all/)

Bulk mode Metadata Edit may help.

Select those books: Tap 'E' (metadata edit bulk mode): tick the box 'Set from e-book files': OK

that should get the first image in PDF (or the file marked as Cover Image in EPUB/AZWn)

I think I got it backwards. You want to Set it in the book. Correct?
Calibre expects the cover to be marked and not in the second file (except when NAV is first)

Any chance of adding a page number when choosing "Set from e-book files" in the bulk editor.

It is becoming a massive problem as the bulk of magazines I import these days has the cover on page 2
