Calibre portable ebup->pdf

I use calibre portable and since yesterday converting to epub/mobi-> pdf keeps failing.

Below is the log. Is there a way to start a fresh install but keep my book library? The export calibre library doesn't work as it says all files are already inthe portable folder?

Most likely something interfering. try excluding calibre from your antivirus or reboot in safe mode.
