Kobo Libra H2O: Permission denied

Hi, when i try to send an epub to my Kobo, i get this error:

What operating system are you using, what version of calibre and how old is your h20?

Calibre 4.13 on Win10
I've bought the h20 one month ago (software version 4.20.14622)

Does the same error occur using the KoboTouch (non-extended driver)?

You might want to report the error in the [Device Plugin] Kobo Touch Extended Driver thread. I know there have been some issues but don't use the driver so haven't been following it very closely.

My initial thoughts are that if there is a permission denied error that is caused by the underlying host O/S and it's not something I can see the driver as fixing.

The error is in the extended driver when it is trying to update the config file on the device. Why the user doesn't have permission to update that file, I don't know. But, the reason that the driver is updating the config file is because the option "Use full book page numbers" is selected. Turning it off should fix things. It hasn't been a valid option for the firmware for a while.
