Making Custom Dictionary for boox max 2

I made a python file dictionary ending in .py but boox doesn't recognize it as a dictionary is there a better guide on how to do this?

This may not answer your question, but if you use apps like GoldDict and FBReader, you could insert your custom dictionary into GoldDict. I will do that later, with Macmillan. I don't own a Boox yet, so I am not sure how well the FBReader app works with Boox.
