problem with the memory of the Clara HD
I installed kobocloud and now if I go to the device information two memories appear, one 8 GB internal (6.1 gb free) and a 2 GB "sd card" (0.1 gb free) could be due to the installation by kobocloud? how can i solve?

Remove Kobocloud. The installation of Kobocloud is what's causing the the other "drive" to show.

But really, just ignore it. It's not a problem really.

ok so even if I try to reinstall it would it give the same "problem"?

Yes, because that appears to be how the addon works. I don't use it, but, I remember someone asking a similar question in the last month or so. There should be a thread here discussing the addon, or a site. I suggest you ask there about it.
