No more sample transfer via USB?

It appears that the "Download & transfer via USB" option for a sample is no longer an option. This certainly stinks for those of us who do not want to enable WiFi on our devices!

Yes, I realize this is not at all important -- must be stress due to Covid-19.

Well that's good news, thank you for checking. It still does not display on my end but there's always the good ol' Cloud Reader.

In the past there have been features that worked on some browsers and not others. You might try a different browser.

@Barry:

Using different browsers (three) produced the same problem which is why I thought a change had been made. I surrendered and placed a call with Amazon CS which proved to be fruitful. They did something to "reboot" my account while I waited and that solved the problem.

Perhaps this will help someone else who might experience this glitch.
