Custom column to display metadata IDS field?

I've tried to search for a simple tutorial on creating custom columns and not had much luck.

Is it possible to display the "Ids:" metadata field, that in a fanfic downloaded with Fanficfare contains the URL for a story in a column in the Calibre library screen so I can scan them for some corrupted or missing URLs instead of having to open the metadata page for every story in my library?

See the attachment, I circled what I want to have as a column on the screen that has a list of stories with "Title Authors Date Size Tags Series Publisher..."

So is this possible, and how would I construct the custom column? If there is a tutorial that explains how to do this that somebody who used to know AppleSoft BASIC as a kid, but only took a semester of ANSI C++ in college at the end of the '90s (aka doesn't know SQL/Oracle, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or Python) could understand, please link.

Thank you, I would not have thought to put "url" in the "select" argument, I was trying to get "ids" to work and failing.
I really have no idea what I'm doing here, I was just trying to copy the examples.
