Sigil 1.1.0 sees no files

I just installed 1.1.0 on my Win7 box (I know, I know).

When I open an existing EPUB and right-click to add files, Sigil sees nothing in the folder I've been working on for weeks on an external HD (which I error-checked and it's fine).

Then I tried copying that folder to my C: drive. It still sees nothing.

I uninstalled and nuked the registry entry and reinstalled. Still nothing.

Everything else (Windows explorer, GIMP, my HTML editor, my CSS editor...) can see these folders and files.

Right click "Add Existing Files", right? That's what you're referring to?

Does it see any files, anywhere, on your PC that you can add? Or is it just the files you want to add that it doesn't see?

Can you post a screen shot of the Open File dialog?

Thanks; looks like it's not (just) Sigil. Off to try to repair my Windows.

An excellent moment to replace it with Win 10, which while not entirely in the same league, is a pretty good operating system.
