Calibre error

Hi,
would anyone know what to do when this error:

calibre, version 4.15.0
CHYBA: Chyby během přidávání: Nepodařilo se přidat žádné knihy, pro více informací klikněte na "Zobrazit podrobnosti"

shows when I try add a book into my calibre library?

Libraries can not reliably exist in the cloud.
You have a case where reliable is a total fail.

Move the Library to a folder on the PC that is NOT a 2 way sync (mirror only. you may need to close Calibre regularly because files in use may not mirror)
