Dark themes Where to change them back

I found the DEFAULT theme for Calibre but how do I get the Viewer to have a white background again? And in the future PLEASE ask before you change the theme, this has been very frustrating.

Open a book, right click in the viewer, click on preferences, click on Colors.

BTW, this would have been better posted in the dedicated calibre forum.
