Calibre to GL3 - No Book Covers

Hi All,

I have been able to add epubs with Calibre with no issues and the Nook has been displaying them fine...but without book covers. I have looked around and this seems to be a common issue, but the suggestion of reconverting the epub and then sending it over didn't work for me.

Does anyone have suggestions of what I can do?

When you reconvert the Epub, make sure you have No default Cover checked on the Epub option tab.

This should solve the cover display issue.

Have a look at these coverless ePub with the editor and see if they do have a copy and that they have the correct cover metadata in the OPF. You should not need to convert. Granted, some ePub from the big publishers have a crappy generic cover. If you are trying to replace the cover, you can do so using Calibre with either the Modify ePub plugin or Polish.
