How to customize touch based interactions?

I am using an Asus T102 with Win10.
I would like to customize touch based interactions because the default ones make it impossible for me to read any book without pulling my hair out because of constant "mis-navigation". Could you please help me with this? Also with a list of defaults?

They are not customizable. And the defaults are tap on the right to turn page forward, tap on the left to turn page back. Swipe left/right to turn pages. Swipe and hold to turn multiple pages. Pinch to change font size. And swipe up/down to jump to prev/next chapter.
