I have purchased several ereaders from them over the years even though I live in Canada. I have found them to be very reliable and would gladly buy from them again were I in the market for another ereader and if they were to stock it.

Apparently ereader is having problems shipping the device with UPS due to customs something or other so they've had to ship it with TNT which they don't use, kudos to them

The saga continues also having problems TNT, they say customs require extra export clearance documents which ereader can't provide online they have to take it to the nearest customs office which is around 3hr away plus processing time and fuel costs, so they've refunded the money.

Don't know what extra forms they require it might be because Gibraltar isn't in the customs union, who knows . Checking Amazon.es they have it for the same price with free postage and arrives the 15th. I'll wait until I receive the refund and order it through Amazon.
