How To Load Photos to Kobo Reader?

Checked the Kobo Forma manual and did a Google search with no luck. Same for the Mobileread Wiki. I know the Kobo readers list several photo formats as compatible but I have not been able to find any info on side loading photos to the Kobo reader and then viewing them. Any info on how to do so would be appreciated. Do they go in a special folder in the Kobo and once loaded how do you access and view them? I have all size Kobos from the Mini to the Forma including the Aura One and side load most of my Epub books to them.

I really like the photo handling ability of the Sony ebook readers. To bad they are gone with no current support.

Just copy the files onto the device. Each file will be listed as it's own 'book', (by filename for the title). Of course, that will become hard to manage, so I would suggest putting all your pictures together into a zip file, rename the .zip to .cbz, that will become sort of an album.

It is a bit of an odd thing to do with an e-ink screen, since most people will have some kind of handheld colour device much better suited to viewing photos.

My kobo is bigger than my color handheld device. Also, a lot of my photos look really good in black and white...

Does the multimedia plugin help with photos? I keep forgetting to try it before just manually copying them over.
