Sigil problem

Good afternoon, I have a problem with Sigil after formatting the computer. When I click on the icon to run the program, it becomes a transparent screen and nothing appears, when I try to navigate the screen, I can even find the menus, but the program desktop doesn't appear. Does anyone know what can it be?
I am using Windows 10 1909 and the computer video card is an nVidia 7300GS. It was working normally before formatting. I updated all computer drivers as well.

I'll take a look at the C ++ Runtime Library, saw some videos teaching how to fix some errors and try to see if it works. I'll put the result here later.

You mean you formatted your computer, as in blew everything away; reinstalled Windows and reinstalled Sigil (the same version you had before)? Or did you install a newer version of Sigil that included a newer Qt? If the latter, it wouldn't surprise me at all if newer versions of Qt weren't pushing that particular video card to its limits.

Also, if you backed up your old Sigil preferences folder, make sure you try running Sigil without it restored first.

You can also try to force what Qt use for rendering by setting the QT_OPENGL environment variable to one of three things:

QT_OPENGL=desktop
QT_OPENGL=angle
QT_OPENGL=software

One of them might work better than what's being determined dynamically.

I reinstalled everything again, the version that was was 0.9.13. I did the C ++ library upgrade procedures and it didn't work either. So I was installing the older versions of Sigil and 0.9.14 worked, I think the problem is really the video card. I'll stay in this version for now, until I managed to change the board.
