Question Where are the books' photos?
It seems like many ebooks I have bought or downloaded do not include the books' photos. Just read The Warmth of Other Suns, but none of the photos of the characters in the books are shown. I mostly read the books on my Kindle Paperwhite ebook reader.

Are the pictures in the original downloaded/purchased file? If not, discuss that with the publisher. If you are converting with calibre, perhaps some more information would help -- original format, coverted to format, calibre version, etc.
