How to download from archived dot org?
I'm able to ''borrow'' the book that i want to read. But is it also possible to download the book in a pdf or epub file from there?

Right now the only option seems to take a screenshot of every page. Which would take a while.

You are holding it wrong.
You must be clicking on the wrong link. Also disable ALL book/ebook viewers/plugins in your browser. Make sure default for all types is download.
Though most books on archive.org (the wayback machine) are only scans, so PDF is best quality. The mobi, epub and text are OCR, usually without any proofing. So Gutenberg, here and other sites that PROOF the ebooks are best.

Google is the worst copyright violator in the world. They often show page by page images with overlay OCR text. Far more than is reasonable. Some Archive.org content is from Google Books.

Don't assume that there's no copyrighted content available on Archive.org. They're a prolific offender in their own right.

Yeah when i click on the pdf file from your link to download, it works.
But on this book for example: https://archive.org/details/victoryovermysel00patt it doesn't work because it says it's encypted. Thanks for replying!

When I go to the book I currently have on loan from archive.org from my loans page there is a button on the top of the display screen for downloading an encrypted Adobe PDF or epub link.

It then can be handled and read the same as any other encrypted Adobe PDF.

There will be no option for downloading an unencrypted copy .

In the case of the link posted, the file is an encrypted DAISY file not an Adobe ADEPT DRMed epub or pdf.

The option is provided to borrow an Epub, which does require you to login to the site, download an ACSM foils and then open it via OverDrive

I think the link/page you're trying to use is simply broken. I've checked out and then downloaded PDFs from there several times. On the other hand at the top of the page it says it's checked out and has a button to join the waitlist, so maybe try that.
