Migrating from Kindle to Boox Max?

Hello everyone! Can anyone confirm that you can copy your ebook collection in mobi and awz format, along with the note files, to a boox max 2 or 3. And read both the ebook and the original notes with no problem? I have hundreds of papers and ebooks on my Kindle DX.

All my kindle ebooks have been deDRMed.

Less importantly, can the new boox max 2 or 3 read note files made on pdfs stored on my old boox model M92?

Also, how well does the universal search function work on Boox? I can't ask boox to be able to handle djvu files, however it's important for me that it can index mobi, awz, pdf (text not scanned of course), and possibly epub well enough like the x-ray function of kindle.
