Boyue & TheGearBest Wont Respond
Cant seem to get my Lifebook Mars repaired. This has been going on over 6 months. Not sure what to do. Just want to pay to have my screen fixed.
I've hit them up via email, Twitter and Facebook. Bought from TheGearBest (don't buy from them) they won't take it back to send to Boyue. And Boyue won't take it back coz it's not coming from TheGearBest. I'm at a complete loss of what to do. Is there anyone that has a suggestion or could help? |

I was immediately sent a replacement device, as I emailed the post confirmation - in addition, the postage was paid immediately.

Thanks. No matter what I do I can't get Boyue to repair the device with me trying to pay for it. They just repeat same nonsense about returning it to reseller. Very frustrating.

How about sending your Marsbook to Boyue pretending to be Gearbest? That's what I'd do. Just copy their letterhead from their invoice and write a very short notice saying "this device is to be repaired by customers order, invoice them directly, thanks."

I would try to explain your issue to the likebook aliiexpress store(message them on alli) and say all you want to do is pay for a screen replacement out of pocket? They are a different entity it seems that just resells for them on alli and they might have some more pull if they are willing help out also one of there reps does respond to some inquires on this forum. @likebookstore

I'll try thru Ali Express that might be a good suggestion. I've tried everything else even contacting the Amazon Boyue Lifebook. I got a response but once the guy heard the story he completely ignored me with no response. I get it it's not his concern but at least he could of responded and sent me in a direction.
The not giving a damn from anyone at Lifebook with all the avenues I've tried has made me completely jaded towards @boyuetechnology and I've been buying their product for years. #done Either way Onyx here I come. |

I have I've tweeted and facebooked them over and over. I've had a response on Twitter once to tell me to go thru the reseller but if they had read my tweet (or not ignored the info) they'd have known that @thegearbest wasn't helping me to get it repaired.
